Our story started in Cairo in 1977 by
Atef El-Wassief whose professional background included two decades in airlines and
aviation administration. Wings started as a multi travel service agency, mainly
to serve ticketing and tour operation facilities.
Subsequent expansion and development led
to the founding of Wings Nile Cruises and Wings Hotels and Resorts. This growth
was directed towards assembling the facilities necessary to offer comprehensive
service to its guests.
Today Wings Group holds a prestigious
position in the tourism industry worldwide. The group has nine branches located
throughout Egypt from Alexandria to Aswan, in addition to international
subsidiaries in China, USA, Japan and the UAE.
