Reopening of the Nile Cruises.
In view of the resumption of floating hotels,i since October 1, Assistant Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Mr. Abdel Fattah Al-Assi, for the Control of Tourist and Hotel Establishments, stated that he had received 11 of the 22 Nile Cruises, between Luxor and Aswan who applied for a health safety certificate approved by the Ministries of Tourism and Antiquities, Health and Population, and the Chamber of Hotel Establishments, This certificate, after making sure that it meets all health safety controls set by the ministry, indicating that two of these hotels have already started their tourist trips after obtaining the approved certificate, as they received tourists from America, France and Spain.
Abdel-Fattah Al-Assi added that the Nile Cruises that have been inspected so far and proved that they do not meet the requirements will work to reconcile their conditions and re-examine them later, pointing out that the inspection committees are continuing to inspect the rest of the Nile Cruises that have applied for a health safety certificate approved for operation With an occupancy rate of 50% of its capacity according to the operating controls of the Nile Cruises.
