Al Majlis Service at Dubai Airport – Arrival

Al Majlis Services for Arrival include:

• Passengers are met at the aircraft gate by the Al Majlis Staff.
• Passengers are escorted from the aircraft in a bus or limosine
• to Al Majlis Lounge.
• Al Majlis staff will therefore process immigration formalities, customs and luggage handling on behalf of the passengers whilst passengers relax in the lounge.
• Refreshments are served in the lounge until the necessary formalities are completed (except alcoholic beverages).
