The IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits, and Systems (ICECS) is the flagship conference of the IEEE Circuits and Systems (CAS) Society in Region 8 of IEEE (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). ICECS 2015 was held in Cairo, Egypt between the 6th and 9th of December 2015.
