Starting to operate 9 flights per week from the United Kingdom and Madrid to Sharm El Sheikh during October and November 2023
British and Spanish Airlines announced the start of operating 9 flights weekly from the UK and Madrid airports to Sharm El Sheikh in the coming months.
Karim Bishara, Commercial and Regional Director for North Africa and the Levant at the British company, said that the company is scheduled to operate 4 flights weekly from Gatwick Airport in the United Kingdom to the city of Sharm El-Sheikh, starting next November 3, and the Spanish company Iberia will also facilitate regular flights from the city. Madrid to Cairo with an average of 5 flights per week starting next October.
This came during the meeting that brought together Ghada Shalaby, Deputy Minister of Tourism and Antiquities for Tourism Affairs, with Karim Bishara, Commercial and Regional Director for North Africa and the Levant at British Airways and the Spanish airline Iberia.
